A. Check to ensure that your device is USB-powered with an input current between 0 and 2A and a voltage input of 5V.
B. Check to ensure that the power cord is connected to an active wall outlet and also firmly connected to the Charger.

2. How do I check my device’s Input current and voltage?
Please refer to your device’s user manual, original OEM charging adapter, or contact the manufacturer to determine this information.

3. My device charges at 1A,will this charger’s 2A output harm it?
No. The charger will only supply the maximum charge current allowed by your device up to 2A.

4. Will my device charge at full speed on fast charging?

What does Dual Dynamic Driver mean?

Not all earphones with two speakers are called as Dual Dynamic Driver earphone.

The Dual Dynamic Driver earphone is not merely embedded with two dynamic drivers in a single earphone; it even uses frequency division technology to output bright treble and deep bass respectively. It has ultra high voice resolution, which can better present the sweet or hoarse voice and other details. In low frequency, the dual dynamic drivers are better than the balanced armature driver in the sense of quantity, which is easier to present the dynamic sense of music. Q&A:
Q:Why the charging speed is slow?
A:The ambient temperature dramatically influences the charging speed. The colder your device, the faster it charges. Samsung devices will enter protection mode at 40℃~45℃. We do not recommend using this charger at high temperatures.

Q: Why does my cellphone case become so hot?

A: Because the wireless charger may cause higher temperature.

Note:
1. The BW-WP1 can detect a wireless device and automatically begin charging, the LED light indicates charging.
2. When the device is fully charged the BW-WP1 automatically shuts down.
3. The actual battery capacity is less than 10000mAh because of the transformation.
4. The BW-WP1 does not support passthrough charging. The internal battery will be damaged if you are charging the BW-WP1 and simultaneously connect another device to the BW-WP1.
